Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing guidance and expertise throughout the transaction process.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the closing of real estate transactions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent inside UAE is a MUST.
• Proficiency in English is a MUST.
• Proficiency in any other language (Russian, German, Chineese..) is a plus.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
